Probable M. foedus
According to Dave Ferguson, ""Color pattern looks like M. foedus. However, blue hind tibiae on that species in Kansas would be rare, usually the hind tibiae are red (other colors occur though, and sometimes one leg will be red and other blue). The other options is that she is a very pale M. packardii. They usually have blue hind tibiae in Kansas, but also usually a much stronger dark pattern. The only way to be certain with a questionable one is to have a male in hand, and to look at the aedeagus."
